Use of the Service
MyAgentFactory is provided for lawful business use only. You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
- Share your account credentials with third parties
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and the security of your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
Trial Access and Availability
We currently offer invite-only trial access. The service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time during the trial period. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
Customer Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using MyAgentFactory. By using the service, you grant us permission to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the service.
We do not use your content to train AI models. Your data is processed in real-time and stored only as needed for the service you've requested.
Liability
MyAgentFactory is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we limit our liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Changes and Contact
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
