What we're building, and why it's not another AI chatbot

· 2 min read intro method

If you’re reading this, you’ve probably tried ChatGPT. Maybe your team uses it individually. Maybe you’ve sat through a vendor pitch promising to “transform” your business with AI. And maybe you’ve walked away unsure what, exactly, you’re supposed to do next.

This is for you.

The mid-market problem

We work mostly with UK businesses turning over £10m to £50m. Operators, owners, COOs — the people running real businesses with real margins and real teams. They have one thing in common: they know AI matters, but they don’t know where to start.

The market hasn’t helped. The big vendor pitch is about “AI strategy” and “transformation roadmaps”. The small vendor pitch is about wrapping ChatGPT in a slicker UI. Neither fits a £20m services business that just wants its customer comms triaged properly.

What we built

MyAgentFactory is a platform for building, orchestrating, and running specialised AI agents — the structured kind that do real work. Not chatbots. Not wrappers. Agents with specific tools, persistent memory, and structured outputs your team can act on.

But more importantly, we’ve built a method on top of the platform: a structured engagement we call the MAF Method that takes one process in your business and rebuilds it around agents. Diagnose. Design. Deploy. Drive. Six weeks, end to end.

It’s lightweight, modern Business Process Reengineering. The discipline that fell out of fashion in the 90s because it became synonymous with year-long consultant projects. We’ve kept the intent — redesign the process, not bolt automation on top — and dropped the weight.

Where to start

If you’re curious, take the five-minute Agent Fit Diagnostic. It’ll show you which of your processes is a candidate for agent redesign and what an engagement might look like. No card needed.

If you’d rather poke around first, the MAF Method page explains the shape of an engagement, and the platform page shows what’s running under the hood.

If you’d rather talk to a human, drop us a line and we’ll come back within a business day.

Either way — welcome.
